Unable to Receive Money from Western Union – Error E0414 Persisting

We received a transfer from Kansas, USA, but since yesterday, we’ve been unable to collect the money due to a system outage. Whether we go to the bank or a Western Union office, the same "system down" issue persists. The error code E0414 appears, but no one seems to know what it means. When we contact customer support, they claim it’s a communication error and promise it will be fixed soon, but even the emails they sent are being denied. We urgently need this issue resolved – it’s unacceptable for such delays to continue without proper support from Western Union.
