Struggling to Receive Funds from Western Union for 15 Days

For the past 15 days, I've been facing the same issue with Western Union—I can't access my money. I keep receiving messages like "Shipment has been stopped, please try again later." Recently, someone sent €20 to test, and my spouse received it. They tried with €100, but it's been over 5 days now and nothing. Western Union says they are investigating, but now they won't even return the funds to the sender. Western Union has become an unreliable system. I feel constantly victimized.
