I Reported User 20585223 on WePlay for Insults but Still No Action Taken

Hello, I’ve been a loyal WePlay user for 2 years, but I’m extremely disappointed with the platform’s inaction on abusive behavior. One specific user—ID: 20585223—has been openly insulting and cursing at multiple people, including me. At first, I didn’t report him, hoping it was just a one-time lapse and he would correct his behavior. But it only got worse.

He verbally attacked 3–4 other players before targeting me with the same offensive language. This kind of toxic behavior makes the platform unbearable, and it should not be tolerated in any online community—especially one that includes young users.

I’m asking WePlay to take this seriously and ban this user permanently. You need to enforce your community guidelines and protect users from harassment. Enough is enough. Take action now.
