I Got Permanently Banned from WePlay Without Reason

I am the rightful owner and user of WePlay account ID 23494255. I’ve spent a significant amount of money and time on this app—investing in features and contributing actively to its growth. Despite that, my account was permanently banned without any valid reason or explanation. I contacted customer support immediately, hoping to resolve the situation, but was met with complete indifference and a lack of concern from the team.
This is unacceptable. If a user who supports the app financially and actively can be banned like this without justification, then how can anyone feel secure using it? I have every right to demand transparency and justice.
If my account is not reactivated and I don’t receive compensation for the investments I made, I will pursue legal action against the company. I urge WePlay to take this matter seriously and reinstate my account immediately.
