WePlay Hasn’t Delivered My 10,000 Game Coins After IBAN Transfer Was Completed

I transferred money via IBAN to top up 10,000 game coins in my WePlay account, and although I entered all the required details correctly, the coins still haven’t been credited. I’ve checked my login credentials and transaction details multiple times—everything is accurate on my end.

The payment was successfully sent from my bank account, yet there has been no update or confirmation from WePlay. This delay is extremely frustrating, especially considering this was supposed to be an instant purchase. I followed the process exactly as instructed, and I expect the coins to be added to my account without any further excuses.

WePlay, please investigate this issue immediately and credit my account with the 10,000 coins. I’ve done my part—now it’s time for you to do yours. I also request that your top-up process be improved to avoid these kinds of problems in the future.
