I have been a regular player of Weplay Games & Party from Pakistan on my Android phone (Sparx Neo 5), and my account with ID 95309*** was permanently banned about one year ago on Eid. Along with the account, my device was also banned. I was not informed of any clear reason and I am certain that I did not do anything against the game rules. After the ban, I tried to contact Weplay Games & Party support, but I did not receive any response. This situation is very upsetting for me because I used to play with my friends on this account and they had spent a lot of money on it for me. Losing access to this account and device ban without explanation is unfair and has caused me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that my account and device ban be reviewed in detail and removed, and that my account be fully restored so that I can continue playing with my friends. I also ask to be informed clearly about the reason for the ban, if any, and to have my account and device unbanned as soon as possible.
