My WePlay account has been permanently banned on my Android device, and I believe this may be a mistake. I have always used the app as a legitimate user and have never knowingly violated any rules or community guidelines.

This account is very important to me because I have invested money into it, and all of my friends and connections are linked to this account. Losing access has significantly impacted both my gaming experience and my ability to stay connected with others on the platform.

If restoring my account is not possible for any reason, I request a refund for the money I have invested in this account.
