WePlay Support Not Responding After Account Ban

My WePlay Mobile account, linked to player ID 503309624, was banned yesterday without any clear explanation. This account is very important to me because I have invested money into it, and all of my friends and connections are tied to this account. Losing access has significantly affected both my gaming experience and my ability to stay connected with others on the platform.

After the ban, I contacted WePlay support, but I have not received any response so far. Not knowing the reason for the ban and not receiving any feedback is very frustrating and makes it impossible for me to protect or recover my account.

I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that the ban on my WePlay Mobile account (ID: 503309624) be permanently lifted. I also ask to be clearly informed about the outcome of this review so that I can continue using my account safely and without interruptions.
