WePlay Deposit History Shows Repeated Charges, I Demand Full Refund
I recently realized that for approximately the last 2–3 years—possibly even longer—deposits have been made to my Wplay account without my clear knowledge or consent. I only discovered this very recently after reviewing my past transactions more carefully. These deposits were made using my Ziraat Bank debit/bank card and through Vodafone mobile payment. The transactions appear to be linked to my phone line ending in 9056 and my bank card.
I was not aware that these regular or repeated deposits were being made, and I did not knowingly authorize these transactions individually. I have not yet contacted Wplay, Ziraat Bank, or Vodafone customer support about these unauthorized or uninformed transactions. However, I find it unacceptable that money has been withdrawn from my bank card and charged to my mobile line in this way for such a long period of time.
I request that all deposits made to my Wplay account via my Ziraat Bank card and Vodafone mobile payment—covering the entire period during which these transactions occurred—be fully refunded with no deductions and returned to my bank account and Vodafone line as applicable. I also request a thorough investigation, identification of any unauthorized or uninformed activity, and concrete measures to ensure this does not happen again.
Progress
Since the beginning of 2023, game payments have been posted to the invoice of my Vodafone line registered in my name without my knowledge or permission, and various loads/payments have also been made from my Ziraat Bank mobile banking account without my awareness. These transactions were never approved by me and occurred without my knowledge for an extended period.
I have spoken with both Vodafone and Ziraat Bank customer service, but the explanations given and the solutions offered were absolutely insufficient for me, and my grievance has not been resolved. As far as I can determine so far, the total unauthorized transactions and spending amount to roughly 50–55 thousand TL, perhaps even more.
Since 2023, I am demanding a line‑by‑line review of all these game and mobile payments made through my line and bank account without my knowledge and consent, and a full refund of all these expenses.
