Weplay Chat Ban After Sharing ID - No Support Response

On 24 February between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., I received a chat ban on Weplay, and I believe the duration of this ban was unfair. Before the ban, I only shared my ID with my friend in the chat so that they could add me to my original account. I did not intend to break any rules or behave inappropriately. After the ban was applied, I did not receive any response or explanation from Weplay support. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed, that I am informed clearly about the reason and duration of the ban, and that any disproportionate or unjust sanction on my account be removed if a mistake has been made.
