On November 16, I was unable to log into my WePlay account. It appears that someone falsely reported me, and my account was permanently banned without justification. When I try to access my account, I receive an error message and cannot log in at all. I contacted WePlay customer service, but they asked for my account ID and screenshots related to the issue. Since I cannot access my account, I am unable to provide these details. I believe my account was unfairly banned, and I request that it be restored. I kindly ask for the situation to be reviewed quickly and for my issue to be resolved.
