Weplay Banned My Account Without Proper Review After Hackers Targeted Me

My Weplay account with the ID 32117293 was unfairly banned around 01:00 a.m. on December 4 following an incident that occurred that night. Several people entered my chat room, threatened me, and attempted to take over my account. They then contacted my family and sent threatening messages from different WhatsApp numbers in an attempt to pressure me.

I believe these individuals may have gained access to my account and made it appear as though I was threatening others, which may have led to my account being banned. I have absolutely no involvement in these actions; on the contrary, I am the victim in this situation, and I have various forms of evidence regarding what happened.

The last time I could access my account without any issues was on December 4. By noon the same day, I discovered that I had been banned. When I reached out to Weplay customer service through the app, I was told that my account could not be reinstated, and I did not receive any convincing explanation that a thorough investigation had been conducted.

I believe my account, which I have invested significant time and effort into, was closed unfairly. I request that my account be reviewed again in full detail, that all necessary checks be carried out, and that my account be reactivated. If needed, I am ready to share all evidence relating to the threats and the attempted account takeover.
