I am a player from Pakistan and I am writing about an unfair ban that was applied to my account in the Weplay mobile game. My account ID is 458723***. My account was banned and then unbanned, but I never received any clear reason or explanation for why this happened. The ban started around 16 days ago and during this period I was unable to access my account. No specific reason was shared with me, and I did not receive any reply from support despite my attempts to reach out. This situation has made me feel that the ban was unfair and not properly justified. I request that my case be reviewed in detail and that I be informed clearly of the reason for the ban. I also ask that any negative mark, penalty, or record related to this unfair ban be removed from my account so that I can continue playing without concern about my account status.
