WePlay Banned My 78809413 Account for 6 Days Without Reason

I’m writing to file a complaint regarding my WePlay account (ID: 78809413), which was banned for 6 days without any clear reason. I didn’t violate any rules, didn’t engage in inappropriate behavior, and still, my account was suddenly restricted.

I use the app actively and responsibly, so this kind of punishment feels completely unjust. There was no warning, no explanation, and no support provided to help me understand what I supposedly did wrong.

I kindly ask the WePlay team to review my account and lift the ban immediately. I don’t want to lose access to something I use regularly—especially when I’ve done nothing to deserve this.

Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I expect a quick resolution and appreciate your support.
