WePlay Account Review Request After Unexplained Permanent Suspension
I am writing regarding my Weplay mobile app account, which was permanently banned on 6 February without any clear explanation. When I tried to log in, I discovered that my account had been permanently suspended, but I was not informed of any specific violation or reason for this decision. After this, I contacted Weplay support via email to understand what happened. The only response I received was a generic message stating that you understand my concerns and empathize with my situation, but that once an account has been permanently banned, the ban cannot be lifted. No concrete justification, evidence, or detailed explanation was provided to me about what rule I supposedly broke. I find it very unfair that my account has been permanently banned without being told exactly why, and without being given a chance to defend myself or correct any alleged mistake. I respectfully request that my case be reviewed, that I be informed clearly and in detail about the exact reason and evidence for this permanent ban, and that my account be reinstated if there is no valid and proven violation. I expect a transparent explanation and a fair re-evaluation of the permanent ban decision on my Weplay mobile app account.
