WePlay Account Banned Without Reason - Requesting Unban Or Refund

My WePlay account got banned out of the blue, and I still haven't received a clear explanation. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact you regarding the ban lift, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory reply. I really need to regain access to my account, or at the very least, I would appreciate a refund for the money I spent. I’m feeling quite unsettled about this situation, and I really hope someone from WePlay will take action to resolve this issue soon.
