WePlay Banned My Account and I Can’t Recover It—I Need Help Getting Back In

My WePlay account has been banned, and no matter what I try, I can’t get back in. Every time I attempt to log in, I get the same message saying my account has been permanently restricted due to rule violations—but I wasn’t even told what rules I supposedly broke.
This has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried everything I could to recover my account, but I’m getting nowhere. There’s no clear explanation, no steps to fix the situation, and no real support from the platform.
I’m asking WePlay to please review my account again and give me a clear answer as to why it was banned, and more importantly, how I can get it reinstated. I’ve spent time and energy on this account, and I just want the chance to access it again.
