I Got Permanently Banned from WePlay Even Though I Didn’t Violate Any Rules

I am extremely upset and disappointed. My WePlay account was recently permanently banned, and I firmly believe this happened because of a misunderstanding. I have never cursed at anyone or violated any community guidelines while using the app. In fact, I was the one who was threatened by other users, and I made sure not to respond with insults or anything that would break the rules.
I kindly request that you thoroughly review my chat history and account activity. I have always enjoyed using WePlay and would love to continue doing so. I am fully committed to following all community rules going forward, as I always have.
