WePlay Permanently Banned My Account Without Evidence

I am writing to protest the indefinite restriction placed on my WePlay account (Username: lupin | User ID: 91038654 | Registered email: s********@gmail.com). I was informed that both my account and device have been permanently restricted, but I have received no clear reason, supporting evidence, or technical explanation for this extreme action.
I have never violated any platform rules, and I am unaware of any activity that would justify such a harsh penalty. The ban seems arbitrary, and I suspect it may be due to a technical or administrative error on your part. This is deeply frustrating, especially since I have invested time and effort into this account.
I formally request the following:
A clear, detailed explanation of the reason behind the restriction,
Concrete data such as date, time, and content of the alleged violation,
Proof of the supposed misconduct—such as system logs, screenshots, or activity history.
Without transparency and supporting evidence, this punishment feels baseless and unfair. I urge the WePlay support team to review my case thoroughly and provide a proper explanation or reinstate my account immediately. I expect a professional and timely resolution.
