I Face Login Error 1Q2913020 on WePlay App with Redmi Note 12 Pro

I have been playing WePlay on my Redmi Note 12 Pro under the username “Melisaa” without any prior issues. However, last night I was suddenly logged out of the game, and since then, I have been completely unable to access my account. Every time I try to log back in, I receive the same error code 1Q2913020.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but the problem persists. This issue occurs only with the WePlay app, and it is the first time I have encountered it. I have not been able to check whether the app is up to date due to the login restriction, and no other applications on my phone are affected.
I request that my account access be restored immediately and that this technical problem be investigated and resolved without delay. Prompt action from WePlay’s technical support team is necessary to prevent further disruption to my gameplay.
