I’ve been using the WePlay app since it first launched and have consistently purchased coins, joined events, and supported the platform financially. However, during my most recent attempt to load coins, the app gave an error with my card—even though there is absolutely no issue with my card.
When I tried to reach customer support, the experience was beyond frustrating. Instead of helping me resolve the problem, they ended the chat abruptly, didn’t respond to my questions, and acted as though they were giving me orders rather than assisting me. Their knowledge of the app is zero, their problem-solving skills are nonexistent, and they clearly lack proper training.
I expect immediate action to resolve this issue. Either hire competent support staff or fix the app so that loyal users like me don’t face this kind of negligence. I’m requesting a proper follow-up and solution to my coin loading problem as soon as possible.
