I recently received a 12-hour ban on the Weplay Game Chat platform. Once the ban expired, I tried to log into my account the next morning, only to find that my account had been permanently closed without any prior warning or explanation. The only message displayed was “Your account has been closed,” with no further details about the reason or any steps I could take to resolve the issue.
This situation has now been ongoing for a full day, and despite contacting Weplay customer service, I have not received any meaningful assistance or clarification. I believe this is an unfair and abrupt action, especially since I was expecting to continue using my account after serving the temporary ban.
I request that my account be reopened immediately and that Weplay offer at least a coin credit as a goodwill gesture to compensate for the inconvenience and loss of access. I expect a prompt and transparent resolution to restore my account and address this issue.
