I can no longer access my WePlay account (linked to number 5397**13) because it’s tied to an old phone number I no longer use. Until recently, I could log in using my connected Google account without any issues. However, the app suddenly changed its login requirement and now only allows access through SMS verification—which is impossible for me since I no longer have that phone number.
Although I still have full access to my Google account, WePlay doesn’t offer any alternative login method, and I’m locked out of my account. I’ve invested significant time and effort into this account and want to regain access without losing all my data and progress.
I’m urgently requesting WePlay to review my case and either allow login via Google again or help me update the phone number associated with my account. Please resolve this issue promptly and restore my access. I just want to continue using my account without losing everything tied to it.
