Android WePlay Account Blocked Despite 160 Hours of Gameplay

My WePlay account (ID: 24627792) was suddenly banned without any explanation. I was using the app on an Android device and had spent approximately ₺2,500 on this account.
I never received any warnings or violation notices, and I was logging in consistently for around 160 hours. Despite trying to contact WePlay customer support, I have not received any response at all.
I am requesting that the ban on my account be lifted immediately. I do not want all of my time, effort, and money to go to waste. I expect an urgent resolution to this issue.
