I Got Banned from Sending Messages on My WePlay Account
I am very frustrated with what happened to my WePlay account. After making a small top-up of only ₺50, my account was suddenly banned from sending messages and my balance dropped into the negative — without any explanation. I have no idea what caused this issue, and I haven’t received any notifications or warnings about a violation.
This situation is unacceptable. I expect a clear explanation and immediate correction of this problem. I want my messaging ability restored and my balance corrected right away. Also, there is no accessible WhatsApp support line, and I would appreciate it if WePlay could provide one for urgent issues like this.
I’ve invested time and money into this app and it’s incredibly unfair to face restrictions without cause. Please take action now and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
