I recently purchased a Weewell ear thermometer from Ebebek, and after trying it out with the staff, I realized once I got home that the cap was missing. Without the cap, it's not hygienic to store or use the thermometer. I’ve tried contacting the brand via email to ask if it’s possible to get a replacement cap, but I haven’t received any response.
