Can't Complete WeChat Registration Due to Security Verification

When I was trying to register for WeChat, I encountered a security verification issue at the final step. The system asked for verification through either a QR code scan or phone number. I successfully completed the process using my phone number, but now it says my membership needs to be activated by having my QR code scanned. I’m stuck at this step and cannot proceed.
