I only wanted to edit a single PDF and paid $1 for that service. At first, they charged me $1 as expected. However, after three days, they automatically enrolled me in a one-month package and withdrew additional money from my card without any approval or SMS verification.
This is a clear unauthorized charge by WePDF, and I demand an urgent resolution. Such hidden subscription scams are unacceptable, and I expect my money to be refunded immediately and this deceptive practice to be stopped.
