On January 20, I used WePDF to download a paid PDF file. The platform clearly showed that the cost would be just $0.50, and I approved that transaction without any issue. However, shortly after, I was shocked to see that $49 was also withdrawn from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this charge, I was never warned about any additional costs, and no clear information was presented during the purchase process.
When I checked online, I noticed that many other users have experienced the same problem with WePDF. This shows that it is not an isolated mistake but rather a recurring pattern of unauthorized billing. I feel misled and taken advantage of, as I only wanted to pay for a single file and not for any hidden membership or service I did not request.
I am demanding the immediate refund of the $49 that was unfairly taken from my account. I also request confirmation that no subscription has been created under my name and that no further charges will occur. WePDF must take responsibility, return my money, and stop charging customers without their approval.
