I Face Unauthorized $50 Charge From WePDF After Paying $0.50 for One-Time Use

I used WePDF to correct a single file and agreed to pay $0.50 for a one-time service. However, immediately after that small payment, the company charged my card $50 under the excuse of a subscription. I never signed up for any membership, never agreed to recurring payments, and I certainly did not receive any clear information or notification about being enrolled in a subscription plan.

This practice feels deceptive and unfair. All it takes is a simple approval on your phone for the $0.50 transaction, but behind that, they are set up to take $50 without proper consent. I am certain I did not request or authorize any subscription, yet my card was billed.

I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized $50 charge and confirmation that my card details will not be misused again. Online services must be transparent with users, and hidden charges disguised as subscriptions are unacceptable. If my refund is not issued immediately, I will escalate this matter to my bank and consumer protection authorities.
