Wbahis Mini Transfer Deposit Issue - Money Not Credited
Around 09:40 this morning, I deposited 2,500 ₺ into the Wbahis site using the mini transfer method. On live support, I was told that if I deposited 2,500 ₺ and wrote my ID number in the description section, the amount would be credited to my account as 5,000 ₺. However, despite the time that has passed, the money has not been added to my account. I completed the transaction through the IBAN provided by Wbahis exactly as instructed and followed all the steps, yet my balance was not updated and no payment or bonus was reflected. I request a refund of the 2,500 ₺ I deposited and for the issue I experienced to be resolved.
