I made a ₺5000 transfer to Piabet via bank transfer, but the funds never appeared in my account. I contacted live support, and they requested the transfer receipt, which I provided. However, they claimed that the account number I transferred to was not theirs, even though I used the IBAN they provided. I followed all instructions correctly, yet my money hasn’t been credited. This situation has caused significant frustration, and I demand that Piabet resolve this issue and ensure my deposit is credited to my account.
