Since yesterday evening, the direct messaging feature on my Wattpad account has been completely non-functional across all user interactions. Whenever I attempt to send a message to friends or readers, the platform displays the following system error: "This feature is disabled during a temporary outage."

This persistent technical glitch prevents me from responding to readers who leave feedback and support my ongoing stories, directly impacting my reader engagement and online presence. While my profile remains fully active, I am completely locked out of sending or replying to direct messages.

I demand that Wattpad Support conduct a technical inspection of my account, resolve the backend outage flag or system error restricting my inbox, and immediately restore my direct messaging functionality.
