I am reporting a sudden and complete loss of access to the Wattpad application and website when connecting via my Türk Telekom mobile data line. While all other mobile applications, websites, and general internet services function normally, attempts to connect to Wattpad fail repeatedly with connection error messages.

When contacting Türk Telekom customer service, representatives confirmed that there are no active internet outages on my subscription. However, the connection failure persists exclusively when using Türk Telekom mobile data, completely halting my ability to read stories, publish content, or track ongoing updates.

Because this issue is isolated specifically to connections originating from the Türk Telekom mobile network, it points to a carrier-side routing error, server handshake breakdown, or IP traffic restriction between network nodes and Wattpad servers.

I demand an immediate technical investigation into the network routing path between Türk Telekom mobile data infrastructure and Wattpad, the resolution of any carrier-level traffic filtering or DNS resolution failures, and the full restoration of mobile access to the platform.
