CapCut Pro Subscription Blocked Despite Yearly Payment
I purchased a 1-year Pro subscription for the CapCut app, but I am now unable to use my subscription. The app claims, "You have reached your usage limit and must make a one-time payment to continue," which is completely unacceptable since I’ve already paid for the yearly membership.
This issue is frustrating and unprofessional for an app of this caliber. I expect CapCut to fix this problem immediately and restore my access to the features I’ve paid for. Asking for additional payments while blocking usage is unfair and feels like a breach of trust. Please address this issue promptly and ensure I can use my Pro membership without any further interruptions.
