On my Oppo A74 phone, I cannot access the Tumblr app at all when using Turkcell mobile data. I’ve been experiencing this issue since the day I bought the device, so it has been going on for a long time. This problem occurs only with Tumblr; I can access all other apps and websites with mobile data without any issues. There are no restrictions or payment problems on my plan or bill. I’m experiencing this problem in Düzce, and it happens constantly. When I try to access Tumblr using mobile data, the connection is blocked and the app won’t open. However, when I connect via Wi-Fi, everything works normally.
I request that Turkcell resolve this access issue and provide the necessary technical support so I can use Tumblr through mobile data as well.
