Watsons Rewards Points Dispute - No Refund Received
Hello there, I made a purchase using my points and had to cancel it because I accidentally chose the wrong product. So, I still haven't gotten my points refunded or received my products. It appears that there is no established process for this. I need you to address my complaint. Hey Watsons, it's really disappointing that you're not giving me my 350 points. Both the customer service and the website lack consistency. This is not okay; please fix this problem right away.
