I placed an online order with Watsons that was supposed to be delivered by Sendeo. I'd been tracking it for days, and the "delivered to" section was empty. The checkboxes above indicated that it had been delivered, but no confirmation was provided. It appeared that the delivery process was still in progress. My package was returned due to these incorrect Sendeo app updates! How can an app contain such deceptive information? Furthermore, I am perplexed by Watson's actions. Why start the return process for an order that was marked as delivered when it hasn't even been a week since I placed my order? This is a frustrating situation that must be resolved as soon as possible.

In the meantime, I remembered when I saw other complaints, every time I looked at the top box, it said "preparing for delivery." However, today I saw that the return process has started. You have a misleading practice.

During the transportation of my cargo by Sendeo, my package was damaged and returned without even being delivered to the store. (This alone took 1 week) * Since it was a return process not caused by me, I requested a reshipment or to shop from the store, but they did not accept it, stating that I need to place a new order by shopping again, * Despite the fact that the return process was not caused by me, after the product reaches Watsons, a review will be conducted and then the refund process will begin, which may take up to 14 business days depending on the bank, (even the process of not reaching the store due to damage took 1 week), * I mentioned that I shopped using a discount coupon, they said it would be reloaded but it hasn't been reloaded yet, Why am I financially and emotionally suffering throughout this entire process even though the return was not caused by me, and why do I have to wait for and track the refund and coupon return?

The process that started on September 2nd with the return of my package, which was damaged in Sendeo cargo before it reached me, continued with the damaged cargo being delivered to Watsons on September 15th. However, the refund has still not been processed... (September 20th). The call center is unreachable, and no representative can be reached through the support button on the website. Watsons is like a brick wall...
