Watsons Does Not Send Password Reset Email for My Online Account

I have a card number 2620005440062 from Watsons. I have never had any problems while shopping online, but today I forgot my password while shopping. I enter my e-mail address for password renewal, but there is no response to my e-mail. Although I tried many times, I got no result. I tried through different browsers and devices, but the problem was still not solved. I tried to reach customer service, but I did not get a return from there either. Please, I would like my password renewal request to be taken into consideration and a password renewal mail to be sent to r********@gmail.com**. I do not want to be victimized.
