Watsons Changed The Delivery Address Of My Cargo Without My Knowledge

Watsons went ahead and changed the delivery address without asking me first. I had to pay an extra fee to have it delivered to my office instead of a mall that I couldn't get to. I got a message today saying my package is going to a mall I'll never get to. How can they do something like this without telling me? It's really hard to get in touch with a customer service representative, so I'm trying to get information through chat instead. Even there, it seems like they don't care. Nobody is solving my problem. I'm just waiting for my problem to get fixed.
