I Can't Use My Watsons Membership Anymore

I keep getting shopping ads on my phone, but I can't buy anything. My family and I used to shop at Watsons together because they had great sales and because we are a big family. But I haven't been able to order online in almost a year. What's up? I bought too much, so they stopped ordering me. I said, "Okay, if you're not going to let me shop, just cancel my membership." Today, I got another message saying that my Watsons card now has 100 TL worth of points on it. I still can't use my points, though. Please either cancel my membership or stop sending me these messages about promotions with points loaded.
