Weeks go by, and no sign of replacements for the gift cards you forgot to send!!!! I call again, only to hear that the missing cards are now marked as "used." No way! Despite explaining this over and over, they refused to replace the cards or offer any compensation. Barnes & Noble isn't interested in taking responsibility for their mistake. Seriously, who walks into a store and uses gift cards that haven't even been delivered yet? The whole thing is unbelievable. There are plenty of other places to go that don't play these kinds of games with missing merchandise and terrible customer service. Don't let it happen to you! These people are taking us granted for sure but noone would like to be ripped off!!!
