Also, it was the first maintenance of my vehicle and they said that it could be postponed to the next day and that they would inform me during the day... If you start work at 14 o'clock, why don't you tell me at 13 o'clock? I say you made an appointment with , they say "this is how we work"........ I say that the first maintenance or what you call maintenance will take maximum 2 hours, they say "we check every screw, we wash the vehicle and deliver it".... Didn't you make a plan about how many minutes and hours it takes for a vehicle to be finished, how many employees I have, and how many cars I can buy accordingly? I say, you are keeping me waiting. "We work in a workshop style, we make an appointment, the vehicle arrives, it waits for its turn, when its turn comes, it is done, and when it is finished, it is washed." And they say "it will be delivered, I can't give you a time"... I mean, they say "leave it and go, we will call you" if you eat it! I traveled 17 km in Istanbul traffic and returned 17 km empty-handed. While even the aster in theauto industry adheres to the appointment he gave you minute by minute, their arbitrary work did not suit me.... It is not my first vehicle, it is not my first brand new km vehicle, it has been in 32 years.
