Wargaming.net Charged Without My Consent – I Demand an Urgent Refund

I’ve been a loyal Wargaming.net player for over 10 years, but today I encountered one of the most shocking and unacceptable issues. A payment of ₺4,999.99 was withdrawn from my credit card without my knowledge or approval. I didn’t authorize this transaction, and I only noticed it while checking my account after work. I was not even at my computer when this charge occurred.

This is not the first time I’ve experienced something suspicious with this platform, but this time it went way too far. I immediately contacted my bank (İş Bankası), but all they did was issue a new card. That doesn’t solve the real problem—why was my card charged in the first place without my permission?

Wargaming must investigate this fraudulent charge immediately, refund the full amount without delay, and take accountability for protecting users from unauthorized transactions. This breach of trust is outrageous, and I demand that the issue be resolved promptly. Enough is enough.
