On April 3, 2026, I tried to check my messages on Waplog and discovered that my account had suddenly been banned. When I attempted to log in, the only information shown was that I had “violated terms,” but I was not given any clear reason, example, or detail about what I had supposedly done wrong.
I tried to contact Waplog using the email address customerd***@waplog.com, but my message bounced back with an “address not found” error, so I was unable to reach any support representative to clarify or resolve the issue. My Waplog account is registered with the email address catherinekariuk***@gmail.com.
I respectfully request that my account be reviewed and reactivated, or at the very least, that I be given a clear and detailed explanation for the ban so that I can respond appropriately or correct any misunderstanding.
