Waplog Unexpected Account Ban

Today, my Waplog account was suddenly suspended, and when I tried to log in, I received an error message stating that I had been banned for violating their terms of service, specifically item 5. Until this ban, I had never received any warning, temporary restriction, or prior notification from Waplog about any problem with my account or my usage. I do not have any paid or premium membership on this account, and I believe this suspension is unjustified, as I was not informed about any specific action or content that supposedly violated the rules. I request that my account ban be reviewed as a priority and that my account be reinstated and reopened. I also expect to be informed clearly and in detail about the concrete reason for this ban, with reference to what exactly in my actions is considered a violation of item 5 of the terms of service. I kindly ask Waplog to urgently review this situation, lift the ban on my account if no valid reason can be demonstrated, and provide a transparent explanation in writing.
