Waplog Must Reactivate My Account After a Possible Mistaken Ban

My Waplog account registered with the e‑mail address beckieher****@gmail.com was suddenly banned about one hour ago. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating that I have violated the terms and conditions, specifically item 5, but I genuinely have no idea what rule I am supposed to have broken. I am innocent in this situation and have not knowingly violated any of Waplog’s rules. Because of this ban, I cannot even upload my profile picture or use my account in any normal way. I have already tried to contact Waplog support and sent an appeal, but I have not received any reply so far. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and reactivated, as I believe this ban is a mistake. If there is any specific issue or misunderstanding related to item 5 of the terms and conditions, I ask that it be clearly explained to me so that I can avoid any similar problem in the future.
