Wanderprints Mother's Day Surprise Ruined Thx To Their Wrong Personalized Cup Delivery

Wanderprints promised me they would deliever the personalized cup for my mom before Mother’s Day so I could give it as my heart wished it yet here I’m. Well, they did keep their promise about the delivery but They sent me the wrong one! I’ve lost $30 and not be able to give Mom the gift I planned. When I asked about it, they just sent me some boring guide that basically said “things happen” why didn’t you say this while I was ordering? Their customer service was zero help, didn't even seem to care that my mom's presents were stuck in their warehouse. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again, who would blame me? worst service ever
