Walmart Claimed My Smartwatch Was Delivered But Package Was Tampered and Empty

I would strongly advise anyone not to purchase Walmart online electronics. As a gift, I recently bought a luxury smartwatch, and when the shipment did eventually arrive, the box was half opened. I called Walmart customer support right away, stating the package appeared altered and the smartwatch wasn't inside. Based on a FedEx picture just showing the outside of the package, they informed me they would look but insisted the package was "delivered." The tampering clearly shows someone noticed the label, concluded it was something expensive, and grabbed the watch. Walmart declined to believe me or offer a refund even though I followed up several times and begged on the same day. I am beyond annoyed now as I am out $350. Before ordering anything more from Walmart, I will most sure consider twice.
