On November 9, I made a purchase on Beymen.com, where I have a membership, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The order number for this purchase was 9104681, and I bought a Just Cavalli women's wristwatch. I noticed that the product was sent by Tek Saat through Beymen. Since Beymen is a trusted brand I frequently shop from, I chose to purchase such a special item through them. On November 12, the product was delivered to my office in a Beymen-branded shipping bag. However, upon opening the bag, I found that the watch box was completely damaged and the watch was missing from inside. This raises serious concerns about the security of the shipping process.

I immediately took photos of the issue and contacted your customer service. I shared the visuals via WhatsApp and email. Beymen customer service requested the return of the product, along with the shipping bag and warranty documents, for further investigation. I complied with this request and sent all the documents without any omissions. However, after the investigation, I was informed that "no issues were detected" and that the process was considered resolved. I strongly suspect that the item was stolen during the shipping process. Despite this, your customer service has only responded by stating that "the process is complete" without offering any solution to my issue. Furthermore, my request to speak with a higher authority was denied.

This attitude has greatly diminished my hopes for resolving my grievance and severely shaken my trust in the brand. As the product was not delivered to me intact and complete, I request that my grievance be promptly addressed. Otherwise, I would like to inform you that I will pursue all necessary legal actions, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter.
